Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Five night deposit per condo must be received within ten days of reservation. Payment in full 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits and payments for any non re-booked nights will be forfeited. We will cheerfully refund the payments for all nights that are re-booked.
Once a reservation is confirmed, all cancellations are subject to a $100 (one hundred dollar) cancellation service charge with no exceptions.

Monthly Rates
10% discount from all rates for reservations of 28 days or longer. Five night deposit to confirm within ten days of reservation; 50% of entire amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance in full due 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits and payments for any non re-booked nights will be forfeited. We will cheerfully refund the payments for all nights that are re-booked.

Winter Reservations
There is a seven night minimum stay between December 16th and January 10th.

Payment Policy for December 16 to March 1
All reservations for the above dates must be paid in full by November 1. For reservations made after November 1, payment in full must be received within 10 days of the reservation. If reservation is canceled, all deposits and payments will be forfeited unless re-rented. If reservation is made after November 1 and the deposit is received and then canceled, the deposits will be forfeited unless re-rented. All reservations without advance deposits will be subject to automatic cancellation. We will cheerfully refund the payments for all nights that are re-booked.

Rates are in US dollars and subject to state and hotel taxes.

ONCE A RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED, ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT 
TO A $100.00 CANCELLATION SERVICE CHARGE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
